Born and raised in California, Siena moved to Oregon to pursue her education at Oregon State University, where she majored in Finance and minored in Leadership. During her time there, she was a member of the Finance Club, Real Estate Club, and Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. After graduation she traveled to Europe, making stops in Italy, Austria, and Germany.

Impressed by FP Transition’s collaborative and creative work environment, Siena joined the team as an Analyst. She draws on her education and experience to assist Northwestern Mutual advisors design and implement their business transactions. By modeling each clients’ cash flow, compensation structures, and equity pathways, her work supports our comprehensive consulting, making it possible for clients to make informed decisions.

She has since moved back to California and now resides in sunny Sacramento. Siena is a self-proclaimed foodie, and when she’s not working you can find her trying out new restaurants and recipes with her fiancé.
