Detail-oriented and invested in the M&A process, Alex supports FP Transitions and their clients.

A lifelong Oregonian, Alex grew up in West Linn and has made her home in the Beaver State. She even earned her Bachelor of Arts degree right here at the University of Oregon, where she majored in psychology with a minor in art.

Don’t worry, though. While she loves Oregon, she’s seen the world. Alex took a solo backpacking trip through eight countries after college.

Alex was drawn to the position partially because it offered flexibility and partially because she knew the company was “staffed with great people,” as she put it. She had already heard positive things about the company from people in her life.

In the administrative assistant role today, Alex coordinates schedules and connects our M&A staff with the resources and support they need at any point in the listing and sale process.

“I absolutely love the structure and organization of my job,” she says. “Each process is very methodical, requires attention to detail, and allows me to communicate with the buyers and sellers as well as with my team. I love that I can see and be a part of the M&A process.”

When she’s not serving our team or our clients, you can find Alex enjoying time with her daughter. Usually, they’re playing outside. She says becoming a mother has been the hardest and most rewarding thing she’s ever done. She’s looking forward to watching her daughter grow up — and growing as a person alongside her.
