About This Opportunity
This fee-only RIA based in the Bay Area of California provides comprehensive financial planning, tax preparation, and investment management services on a fixed flat-fee basis. This RIA services over 130 client households that are primarily based in California. This RIA has four full-time virtual employees and one part-time employee. The part-time team member provides support for the four credentialed advisors. The founder of this RIA will assist in successfully transitioning clients and will look to retire from the business approximately one year after closing.
The ideal acquisition partner for this practice is a fee-only fiduciary RIA that offers a suite of comprehensive financial planning, tax projection and preparation, and investment services. The seller is interested in speaking with potential partner firms that have at least one CFP on staff. The five employees would like to remain with the acquiring firm post-sale.
