With FP Transitions since its earliest days, Elise built the marketing strategy and the firm’s voice from the ground up. She has been instrumental in transforming the firm from a startup into a nationally recognized authority in succession planning, valuations, and M&A strategies for independent financial advisors. With a focus on ensuring the firm is a prominent and trusted industry innovator, Elise elevates expert voices to highlight strategies for creating strong, sustainable businesses.
For over 17 years, Elise has been integral in positioning FP Transitions as industry visionaries. She played a key role in the development and publication of two foundational industry books—Succession Planning for Financial Advisors and Buying, Selling, and Valuing Financial Advisory Businesses—which helped define best practices for advisors navigating ownership transitions. Her efforts supported firm leadership recognition with the prestigious Icons & Innovators Award and ThinkAdvisor Luminaries Award for Thought Leadership and Education.
As a strong advocate for building strong, integrated teams in the industry, she has cultivated a robust in-house creative team at FP Transitions that works with and in support of the firm’s vast team of enterprise-building consultants. Elise focuses her team on creating industry-leading content that highlights ownership experiences and business data. Leveraging the largest industry database of successful businesses, she helps advisors find valuable insight into the opportunities they have for greater growth and sustainability. With nearly 20 years in the financial services industry and a bachelor’s degree in Design Management, Elise blends creative vision with strategic rigor to build the strength of brand and voice for the leading M&A, succession, and strategic growth firm in the industry.
Elise is passionate about supporting young advisors and their leadership journeys, carrying her expertise and creativity beyond FP Transitions in support of various industry groups and initiatives committed to the evolution of the industry, including as a member of the Marketing Committee for the Net Positive Consortium.
