Valerie joined FP Transitions for the welcoming community-based culture. Here and on the Business Operations Team, her enthusiasm and sense of adventure truly shine. Being a Financial Controller prior to FP supplied her with perfect experience to be an AP/AR Specialist; she enjoys helping the team grow and flourish through the collaborative nature of her role.

After majoring in finance at Florida International University, Valerie moved to Oregon, where she is also a licensed teacher. She commits to quality across all responsibilities and seizes every opportunity to help and open doors for others. Outside of FP Transitions, Valerie enjoys dog training, and volunteers in her community and local schools.
