Siena is a Senior Analyst on FP Transitions’ Financial Analysis team, where she combines analytical precision with creative problem-solving to help advisory firms achieve their strategic goals.

Since joining FP Transitions in 2018, Siena has played a key role in developing the custom spreadsheets, models, and presentation materials used to design compensation structures, synthetic equity awards, and equity pathway plans. Her work helps firm leaders make data-driven decisions that align with both immediate business needs and long-term growth objectives.

With a background in finance and a passion for bringing clarity to complex financial concepts, Siena enjoys collaborating with clients to craft tailored, actionable solutions. She takes pride in FP Transitions’ reputation as the gold standard in the industry and finds energy in the challenge of customizing each engagement to meet a firm’s unique objectives.

Originally from the Bay Area and a graduate of Oregon State University (Go Beavs!), Siena met her husband while studying finance. The two now live outside of Sacramento, California, with their daughter, Stella, and two cats, Beau and Sophie.

Outside of work, Siena loves spending time with her family, whether it’s taking long walks, cheering on the San Francisco 49ers, or catching a Sacramento River Cats game on a warm summer evening. A dedicated home cook and baker, she’s known for her unbeatable oatmeal scotchies and her ongoing quest to perfect homemade bread. Her favorite place in the world is Cannon Beach, Oregon, where she and her husband were married and where she still loves to visit whenever she can.

Whether she’s refining a complex compensation model or trying a new recipe, Siena brings the same thoughtful balance of data, creativity, and care to everything she does.
