Siena is a Senior Analyst on FP Transitions’ Financial Analysis team, where she combines analytical precision with creative problem-solving to help advisory firms achieve their strategic goals.

Since joining FP Transitions in 2018, Siena has played a key role in developing the custom spreadsheets, models, and presentation materials used to design compensation structures, synthetic equity awards, and equity pathway plans. Her work helps firm leaders make data-driven decisions that align with both immediate business needs and long-term growth objectives.

With a finance degree from Oregon State University, Siena is passionate about clarifying complex financial concepts. The best part of her typical workday is the guaranteed connections with new people, when she can solve new problems and find the best paths forward, perfectly tailored for her clients. She is energized by the challenge of customizing engagements to meet every firm’s unique objectives.

Originally from the Bay Area, Siena met her husband while studying finance. The two now live outside of Sacramento, California, with their daughter, Stella, and two cats, Beau and Sophie. Siena balances work and play by noting their similarities: she applies focused critical thinking to both analytical modeling and golf, innovation and originality to both custom models and cooking, and precise attention to detail to both spreadsheets and baking.

Whether she’s refining a complex compensation model or trying a new recipe, Siena brings the same thoughtful balance of data, creativity, and care to everything she does.
