Sasha DeMarre

IT Business Transformation Analyst

From fearing public speaking to giving a commencement address at her university, Sasha DeMarre is always open to change and welcomes experimentation both in and out of the office.

Minnesota native Sasha DeMarre is FP Transitions’ newest hire and a spectacular addition to the Business Intelligence team. After earning her undergraduate degree in business-to-business sales from Saint Catherine University in Saint Paul, MN, Sasha advanced from startup to startup: she helped a boot-strapped organization bring new solutions to the market (growing ARR from one million to four-point-five million within a year), held several positions within a five-year period at a tech startup in Minneapolis, and experienced rapid growth as the second employee at a water conservation tech company. Suffice to say, Sasha is far from short of prior experience.

What attracts Sasha to FP Transitions is its similarity to startups; she loves working in frequently evolving environments that value new ideas and experimentation. She aspires to contribute to the increasing success at FPT as data insights are analyzed and client growth is accelerated. Learning about clients and how to serve them is what Sasha looks forward to most in her role as IT Business Transformation Analyst.

Outside of work, Sasha enjoys countless hobbies, most of which are outdoor-centric—walking, rollerblading, biking, kayaking, and now bouldering, just to name a few. She additionally enjoys imaginative pastimes like reading, writing, and painting. Besides these solo activities, she makes time for various social events, from annual themed costume parties to the cultivation of native gardens in summer to attract pollinators. Indeed, Sasha’s extensive background at tech startups and wide array of hobbies indicate her flexibility and creativity, characteristics which will prove invaluable for her work at FP Transitions.
