Minnesota-born Marissa Bryan is FP Transitions’ very own EMS Operations Coordinator, which means acting as the key liaison between her team, clients, and other internal departments. Working with and guiding clients is the best part of her job, whether the job in question is in business & finance or the law industry from which Marissa originates. The knowledge and dynamics in her previous workplace translate perfectly here, where she intends to make everyone’s lives easier by deep diving into current processes to streamline tasks and increase efficiency.

After graduating from Portland State University in 2020 with a Social Science and Communications B.A., Marissa took on the position of Client Services Coordinator at Pacific Northwest law firm Schwabe. Her work in Client Relations was highly valued, but curiosity about the finance industry pulled her away from law. Now, she is more than ready to learn about FP Transitions' CRM systems and processes, putting her experience to use while still implementing new software!

In 2025, Marissa traveled through South America for two months, followed by an 850-mile-long month from the Redwoods to Joshua Tree along the Golden Coast. Her interests in hiking, camping, and backpacking through the Pacific Northwest illustrate erudite and enthusiasm for trying new things and a spirited approach to the world around us. Marissa is prepared to bring the same high level of dedication to everything, from coordinating new projects to taking care of her bearded dragon!
