After growing up in Washington and earning her BA in Applied Business and Economics from the University of Oregon, Maddie frequently found herself in “unicorn” Operations roles and has worn many different hats. She spent the last several years working for a distillery called Straightaway Cocktails, which adds to her six-plus years of previous bartending experience. Prior to that, however, she mainly worked in Operations Management roles in fitness centers.

Maddie’s background in executive support, business operations, finance and HR, and event coordination enables her to contribute uniquely varied ideas and skills to the Enterprise Consulting team at FP. She loves keeping projects organized, building systems to make people’s jobs easier, and jumping in whenever needed.

The Pacific Northwest’s beautiful scenery makes it impossible for Maddie to imagine living anywhere else. She spends as much of her time outside as possible, whether camping in the mountains, swimming in lakes, riding a four-wheeler on sand dunes, or tending to her garden.
