From completing a 21k Spartan race to earning her Six Sigma yellow belt certification, Jessica Reed always commits to excellence and strives for growth.

Colorado native Jessica Reed is a reliable, grounding point of contact for both clients and team members. She flourishes in a supportive, people-focused environment and takes every available opportunity to engage with a variety of clients.

After graduating from Western Washington University with a degree in supply chain management and a minor in Chinese, Jessica supported a procurement transformation project for purchasing at 100 facilities as a central purchasing lead. Then as an inventory manager, she developed a process and analyzed data to reduce excess inventory and free up company capital. Her professional experiences now eloquently translate into her role on FP Transitions’ Financial Analysis team.

In her free time, Jessica spends time with her husband and two dogs, renovates her house, volunteers on trail crews with Washington Trails Association, and grows fruits, vegetables, and flowers. She has lived in several states besides Washington but enjoys the Pacific Northwest for its beautiful variety of nature. After a long hiatus, she has returned to skiing and reaches Mt. Baker a couple of times every year.
