Hannah Caldwell

Office Coordinator

Whether taking care of her three cats or overseeing projects around the office, Hannah brings thoughtfulness and attention to detail to everything she does.

Hannah Caldwell flourishes in communities of warm and welcoming people focused on developing an environment of meaningful connection. Her organizational and communicative skills blend with a passion for efficiency and client satisfaction to keep FP Transitions running smoothly. As the backbone of the Operations team, she maintains a growth-centered mindset that drives the company forward.

After moving from Nevada City to Oregon in 2016, Hannah graduated from Portland State University with a degree in Art History Critical Analysis, which provided her with the opportunity to publish her own writing in local art catalogs and work in both the Portland Art Museum and the Oregon Jewish Museum and Center for Holocaust Education. There, she worked in the archives to catalog collections of donated materials, artifacts, and artwork.

Prior to joining FP, she focused on craft mixology, production, operations, environmental and social impact, and ecommerce at a distillery called Straightaway Cocktails. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys cooking, gardening, mixing cocktails, hosting dinner parties, and dancing with friends. Having studied abroad in Viterbo, Italy, she loves traveling and exploring new places and opportunities.
