Cozette Myers is a proud Midwesterner turned Pacific Northwesterner who brings a sharp analytical mindset and a collaborative approach to her role as a Valuations Analyst on our Financial Analysis team.
Since relocating from Indiana to Oregon in late 2016, she has pursued her passion for finance—earning a Bachelor's degree from Portland State University and building a career grounded in ambition, curiosity, and continuous growth.
Prior to joining FP Transitions, Cozette held roles at Advantis and Rivermark Credit Union, where she gained valuable experience navigating a company merger and deepened her understanding of organizational dynamics. That exposure to change enhanced her adaptability and broadened her perspective on business operations, equipping her with a strong foundation for working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Drawn to FP Transitions by its dynamic culture and long-term growth potential, Cozette is focused on expanding her technical skill set and deepening her expertise in financial analysis. “I value the opportunity to learn from the talented professionals around me and contribute meaningfully to the success of this team,” she shares. In her current role, she plays a key part in delivering Comprehensive Valuation Reports, ensuring each client engagement is approached with precision, insight, and strategic value.
A personal achievement Cozette holds close is being a top-ranked gymnast in the state of Indiana during her youth—a reflection of the discipline, drive, and competitive spirit that continue to shape her professional journey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and studying piano. As an avid traveler, she counts South Africa as her most far-reaching destination and looks forward to discover.
