In her prior position at an Asset Management Firm, Claudia led investments in hemp genetics, showcasing her strategic vision. She then transitioned to the Apogee Adventures, where she successfully oversaw numerous large-scale domestic and international outdoor programs for students and was instrumental in launching two international programs, highlighting her operational and logistical skills. Additionally, Claudia made significant contributions to marketing, production, and operations at a winery in Walla Walla.

Originally from Oregon, Claudia's passion for outdoor education began in high school. She studied Anthropology and Geology at Whitman College before gaining experience in Maine's outdoor education and international logistics sectors.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys skiing, backpacking, and surfing. She also pursues creative hobbies like crocheting and knitting. An avid learner, Claudia is always seeking new challenges, whether mastering a new language or perfecting her strawberry-rhubarb pie.
