As an EMS Consultant at FP Transitions, Ashton works closely with business owners to evaluate firm performance, set goals, and ensure they have the tools and strategies needed for long-term success.
Originally from Santa Clara, CA, Ashton moved to Oregon in 2015 to attend Oregon State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. After graduating in 2019, he stayed in the Portland metro area and began his career in financial services, gaining six years of experience at both a large RIA and a hybrid small office. One of his favorite roles, however, was during college as a Sales Associate with Baseballism, where he had the unique perk of enjoying a front-row view of every OSU home baseball game.
In addition to his professional work, Ashton is deeply involved in volunteer service. In 2022, he received the Distinguished Service Award from the Order of the Arrow, Scouting America’s national honor society, recognizing his years of leadership at the national level. He continues to stay connected with Scouting America, his fraternity, and Oregon State’s Greek life office as an Alumni Advisor.
When he’s not working with clients, Ashton enjoys golfing, playing ice hockey with his wife, and cheering on the Boston Red Sox. He’s also a movie enthusiast and once appeared as a background actor in two Netflix episodes.
At FP Transitions, Ashton looks forward to helping clients reach their goals while continuing to grow his expertise in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
