At FP, Natalie uses her passion for people and her creative, analytical expertise to develop and grow an effective marketing strategy that caters to our clients.

Natalie pursued her education at the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism, where she achieved her degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business Administration. While attending university, Natalie was a social media intern for a creative agency called Revelry Group and was asked to return to the company in the more rigorous role of Assistant Event Planner the following year.

Now, Natalie is advancing her career here at FP, and is excited to learn and grow from her colleagues. Prior to being hired, the positive culture in the office made Natalie feel that this was the right place for her: “Everybody is passionate about collaborating and being a part of a dynamic team. I knew I wanted to work for a company that saw me as a person, as well as an employee, and FP does exactly that.”

As Marketing Assistant, Natalie supports the organization and productivity of the Marketing team by maintaining project schedules, posting website content, and assisting with event coordination, among many other responsibilities. Natalie finds the best practices to contribute to our marketing efforts and executes them!

When she is not elevating the Marketing team and creating content, Natalie finds joy in volunteering, which is a passion that blossomed when she was in 5th grade. After achieving 150 hours of service during her first year of volunteering, Natalie never stopped working to bring light to other people’s lives. In years past, Natalie has participated in service trips to Panama and Nicaragua. Natalie now focuses on supporting local houseless populations by creating and distributing hygiene kits and making blankets in the fall and winter.

You will also find Natalie enjoying all that her home state of Oregon has to offer—whether that be skiing, hiking, or trying new restaurants (Natalie is a self-proclaimed foodie). Natalie also enjoys doing yoga and traveling as much as she can. In fact, Natalie has been to more countries than states. She has even been charged by a group of elephants on a safari in Africa! The next time Natalie has time for an adventure, she hopes to go on a cross-country road trip and check some more states off her list.
