Buffy Fletcher

Business Development Coordinator

Buffy has a diverse professional background that spans project management, sales operations, and as the General Manager of a manufacturing company.

Before joining FP Transitions as a Business Development Coordinator, Buffy was a project manager at FPA for nine years. She joined FP Transitions because she found the role to be a perfect fit for her skills and was impressed by the culture and people. She has a strong background in sales operations, project management, and CRM implementation, having worked with accounts across international borders. She is excited about re-learning Salesforce and engaging in new technologies to improve processes and procedures. She is eager to dive into reporting and uncover trends to enhance the team's success and create a world-class client experience.

Originally from Minnesota, Buffy has lived in various states, including Arizona (twice), Nebraska, Washington, and Colorado (twice). She has never lived in Oregon but had Portland as part of her sales territory when she lived in Seattle.
Buffy attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she majored in Psychology (BA) with a double minor in Women’s Studies and Criminology.

In her personal life, Buffy takes immense joy in watching her son excel in sports, transitioning from an exceptional soccer goalie to a talented baseball player, and showcasing his musical talents in the Colorado Jazz Ambassadors. Buffy also spent approximately 10 years serving on the board of a prison reform advocacy non-profit, contributing significantly to changing legislation and policies.
In addition to her professional and personal achievements, Buffy is a dedicated sports enthusiast, which includes her deep love for Nebraska football, having lived in the state. She enjoys watching independent movies in her free time and remains a sucker for PBS period pieces.

Buffy brings a level of professionalism and thoroughness to her team and the company. We are excited to have her!
