Jeremy Seicianu, CVA
Senior Business Appraiser
Jeremy is a class act, world traveling musician and comes to FP Transitions from the land of the Chicago Cubs.
Prior to joining the FP Transitions team, Jeremy earned his finance and economics degree from Portland State University. While at school, Jeremy coordinated various insurance and financial services activities, including financial budget allocations, insurance renewals, and risk management oversight for seven Oregon state universities.
Jeremy brings his passion for analytical challenges to FP Transitions’ Valuation Department. Jeremy enjoys the complexities, challenges, and analysis that are required of a business appraiser. One of his main passions is working closely with clients on each appraisal to gain an understanding of how they built their business and shaped their future expectations. He gathers and analyzes both macro and micro level economics that could potentially influence those future expectations. Jeremy uses this analysis to help the clients make both short- and long-term tactical decisions to increase their value proposition given their desired exit strategy. As an appraiser, Jeremy has worked with over 700 financial advisors to help them understand the value of practice and the key value drivers.
Jeremy is a current member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and has earned the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) accreditation.
