Oregon native Iris Schostalo is always ready for new opportunities.
Portland State University alum Iris Schostalo comes from a background in operations and process management. She loves puzzling out cash flow forecasts because each client’s practice is unique, and hearing about their experiences and values is necessary to deliver excellent services from within the Financial Analysis team.
Iris ran after-school programs and school vacation camps for years, including a ten-week summer camp in 2021 with three hundred kids a week and zero COVID cases. Working with hundreds of children and parents gave her the foundation of adaptability, quick learning, and efficient application of processes that is highly valued at FP Transitions.
In her spare time, Iris can be found reading, playing rhythm video games, or coding and working with computers. She dreams of caring for different species of arthropods someday and is an honorary member of the polar bear club, which means swimming in a glacier melt in the Breitenbush area come spring. Iris brings flexibility, passion, and a can-do attitude to everything she does.
