The two principals of this practice seek a well-established buyer that is a fee-only RIA firm with a similar investment approach and focus on clients’ comfort and trust. The preferred buyer would also be looking for a Sell and Stay® opportunity as the firm’s key investment principal would like, if feasible, to remain engaged with clients post-sale. In addition, it would be possible (but not required) for the buyer to assume the practice’s current office lease, which is set to expire in October 2021.
